Ethem Bey Mature Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ethem Bey Olive Oil is the most original version of Ayvalık variety. The ripe harvest offers a sweet finish on the tongue with a mild burning accompanied by a velvety fluidity in the mouth with ripe olive fruit, ripe tomato and floral notes on the nose. It is a superior quality olive oil with a maximum acidity of 0.5 in terms of oleic acid, obtained only by mechanical processing. This olive oil is filtered.
