It is a superior quality olive oil with a maximum acidity of 0.34 in terms of oleic acid, obtained only by mechanical processing. This olive oil is not filtered. The amount of polyphenols of 130 or more is in the Premium Olive Oil category. The polyphenol content of Ethem Bey Olive Oils has been determined as 303 by the accredited laboratory.

 

Tasting notes: Ethem Bey olive oil is the most original version of Ayvalık variety. This olive oil has green olive fruitiness accompanying notes of Aegean herbs, green tomato, green tea, skin of green banana. In the mouth it feels like tasting an olive oil with medium bitterness and pungency.
